Sometimes it occurs in left chest and sometimes in right. Sometimes upper chest and sometimes in lower chest. i am really worried about my heart. Doctor said that it is due to gas. is it true?

Hi I am 26 years old from past few days I am suffering from chest and shortness of breath this is not a continuous process but still sometime I feel the above issue. I have done ECG - Normal Spirometry-Normal Chest x-ray - Normal Endoscopy- Moderate Gastritis issue. I feel chest burn also some as something got stuck in my chest. Please help I am in trouble.
