Right side of chest is getting large
Right chest is getting large. It started around 4 years back but grew very little bit but then it stopped.
But now for the past month iy seems to be growing again.
It seems like muscle knot - pain is generated when i sleep on right of the body- or when right chest is pressed
Left side is normal.
