Chest & Breathing Problems

I am having pressure in my chest with severe back pain and also feeling lightheaded, nauseous and dizzy.it gets worse if i use stairs then my heart rate goes up and i feel difficulty in breathing.

Hello doc,one of my close friend is suffering from Mdr lymph node tb and treatment is going on.the reports of sputum is negative. is this condition contagious? Shall we take any precautions

My son who is 17 years old has continuous wheezing and blocked nose. We are doing all sorts of medication but he needs continuous inhalers and nebulization. The condition aggravates during rains.

Cough for almost 4 weeks started with running nose, mucus having pale yellow/yellow color specially in the morning. Inhaled some dust, within 10 minutes started running nose followed by cough which subsequently become bad

I've been chest pain while breathing. i have a report of sputum culture which shows that i have bacteria named as proteous merabilis and e.coli. so can i take tobamist respules to cure this.

My Son got cold in 2014 January and after four months he was coughing continuously and also got difficulty in breathing. Later on a doctor gave him budate 200 rotacap which he continued for 2 years. He was good for 8 months after the course . But by December he got the same symptoms so we consulted a doctor who gave him Levolin inhaler . Now we showed him to a pulmonologist who gave him formonide 100.deriphyllin od 300, montair lc kid. For how long we have to continue the medicine.

How can I know my treatment is on right track.I have breathing problem,the test done in Apollo chennai hospital
