Chest & Breathing Problems

Yesterday I was facing difficulty in breathing while asleep.I woke up and sat down in my bed at night without noticing.My father noticed it and woke me up from sleep.I felt difficult to take in air and gases in my stomach.This happened 2 times in last 6 months.

My mother Mrs. Rashmi Patkar, age 40, is suffering from pneumonia due to cough in lungs since last week. She has pain in tooth also due to which she is unable to eat anything solid. She has also problem in breathing. She is being treated in Birla Hospital Satna(MP). I am thinking about, to go to Nagpur for further treatment, but due to weakness we are unable to travel for 500 km up to Nagpur. In such situation what should be done.

Dear team, I took my dad to multispeciality hospital for respiratory issue's, they admitted him to ICU on 4 day's back, reports shown his ABG levels PCO2 is 55 at the time of admission again second day it went 68, third day it reduced to 62 again 4th day it was 57,and he was active,  latter hospital official reported we will shift from MICU to normal ward but today morning consultation in counselling doctors said his ABG levels again 69, they are giving NIU, needs again two days observations as per the doctor... I'm confused about this activity in hospital, yesterday he was so active today his saturation level is low and ABG levels high again, normally how many day's will ABG will vary or health of patient cab be recovered in this case?

I can't explain it but this is the second day I have been feeling this. It's more to the middle of my chest just about my breasts. Hard to descrive the feeling. Kind of tight and heavy. Sometimes hurts when breathing

My son is 10 years old he is doing skating.He does it well but he has low stamina,when he runs he gets tired soon and has breathing problem. What can be done to increase his stamina?

Pain goes in hand several times and feel very fatigue my x-ray reports are normal and ecg is also normal what should i do ?sometimes difficult to breathe?

I have a persistent cough for months now and nothing seems to help ( antibiotic , syrup , inhalers , nothing ) so doctor thinks it might be tb so he tested me for sputum . The sputum smear result was negative . I am waiting for the sputum culture . My question is : if the sputum culture is positive I am contagious , considering the sputum smear was negative ? And my second question is , what can I take to make this cough stop ?

My wife has been suffering from glomus jugulare tumour since 1994 operated 1994 in Kem Mumbai.1997 Allms Delhi.2003 ,2010 PD Hiduja Mumbai. Growth of tumour unchanged till 2016(spared part of tumour. Growth saw in 2016.gamma knife has been performed. Growth reduced in latest mri.but complain of chest pain and breathlessness ct has been performed. ct indicates multiple nodules in lungs.maximum size 10mm.rp ebus not possible according to pulmonologist.pet ct also indicates same.eccept limh node in neck.in ct report: multiple soft tissue nodular opacities noted in posterior of RUl ,RML,RLL,inferior ligula basal segment of left lower lobe. what should to do.Pl Advice. My girlfriend is 18 years old and she is having asthma since she was 13 and since last year she is getting allergies Everytime she is using the inhaler. Is there anything she can do? I have full faith in homeopathy as well. Any help will be appreciated
