Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi,recently i had a chest xray which shown right plueral effusion. My doctor suggest further test like cbc showing 12.5 gm /dl with esr 36 and crc serum 66.76 aong with spuctum gram and afb test which are normal. Does it means i have no tb infection or it can be some other infection. My symptoms as of now is only cough with white dry phelgum and no other symptom. Please advise ?

I have been suffering cough daily in the night Sometime not feeling comfortable while breathing. And almost 10-15 times sneezing just after wake up. Its been more than 2 months.

I have been smoking for very long. I am 26 years old. Now I feel as my chest is very heavy. when I wake up n the morning then I feel heavy congestion in my chest. I have tried to cough and spit but I couldn't.

I want to ask you that how much serious this disease is. She is having Thoracentesis to remove fluid inside the lung. I'm facing eosinophilic cough for 5 years and now it has become chronic. I didn't all tests .they are fine except eosinophils are almost double.
