Chest & Breathing Problems

I've been unable to sleep well at night due to shortness of breathing, rapid heart beating and weak

I use evocort inhaler but its not available in market so what inhaler i use

Have effusion in left lung, have already undergone x-ray n blood test by one of the doctor suggestion. But it doesn't worked at all. Please help me out. Is it a severe problem or have to undergo any treatment immediately. And what treatment it might be if I consult pulmonologist. Thanks in advance.

My father is having asthma from last 15 years and also heavy cough. From last few years we tried all the nearby doctors and also much medicine and enhaler as per he guided , but there is no any changes in his disease , now he is facing so much problem ,he is telling that while cough is coming he is feeling like the darkness is all the side and full body is paining and chest also. Please tell me what should I do , I need your guidance for my father , kindly inform me about this.

Sir my nephew Rakesh Gupta is just 18 years old his right lungs are collapse so pls guid me how to treat .... already we have taken ICD chest tube insert before 8 month for 5 month ICD it was in the chest...but after window surgery...his ICD remove but after may n that time he was doing spirometry and fool ball blleader exercise also doing not more time done but doing...now till date his lungs collapse so pls guid me how to treat.

For past two weeks I've been coughing, heavychest headaches funky taste in the back of mouth. Could I have pneumonia or bronchitis?

I have been having this constant pain when I take deeper breaths for about 5 days now. I am not coughing but I do have fevers that come and go. Also, when I walk it gets worse. The pain is right under my ribs, on both sides and the same place but from my back too.
