Chest & Breathing Problems

I have breathing problem during night at around 2 am, But during day time i will be normal. I consulted my doctor but didnot work. I have tonsil stones is this causing me a problem. Please any one suggest me whom should i consult ENT or Pulmonarist.

I was wondering if I should stop buying 7 cartons A month and just smoke ecigs ? So far every Dr over here where I live said to keep smoking the ecigs There is no way I can stop completely.

Dear team, my dad is admitted in ICU due to breathing problems, his age 74, his ABG varying from 50 to 69, his upper legs to Thai swelling is there. Now he is shifted to normal ward. His breathing levels 96 to 100, he was not having heart issues, now doctor is telling he is having heart failure  issues also. He is asthmatic from childhood, he not having smoking habits.
