Chest & Breathing Problems

I play basketball very regularly (5-7 days a week sometimes multiple times per day). I consider myself to be in very good overall shape. After playing, the right side of my chest/back will be tight and will grow more tight when breathing. How can I relieve this?

I have been having shortness of breath, pain in my ribs and lungs when i breathe. I've been more tired lately , and my appetite seemed to have vanished. It's been happening for about two months now.

I have been having chest tightness and difficulty breathing (No heart problem found by cardiologist), as well as nasal stuffiness and heaviness from the top of the nose towards the back of the head. Choking tendency and a feeling of congestion in the throat. Tightness of the neck. Dizziness.

I have problem for breathing from last 4 years. cant run,walk fast as well as cant climb steps also cant sleep on back always sleep on left side . I'm having chest tightness all day, everyday, sometimes mild, sometimes a bit severe. These last months It's gotten worse. I started having these symptoms 2 years ago. At first it didn't make me feel discomforted, but now I can endure it anymore. A year ago I did a spirometry test&chest x-ray, all were very normal. Might I have asthma? I don't cough or wheeze, just breathing difficulty and chest tightness. Neurologist said I have spasms. Should I do spirometry again to be sure I havent asthma?

I've been using Levolin inhaler for the past 8 years !! Is there any problem using it daily ?? Daily I use 3 puffs of the inhaler ! I can't stop using it., If i stop using it .,it causes asthmatic problems.. is there any problem.. I'm 22 years old male
