Chest & Breathing Problems

I am getting difficulties while breathing and sound observing while breathing

Having chest pain from last few days as I am a heavy smoker please advise what should be the best diet for me that I can take care of this as I am also working in night shifts. I am already working on to quit smoking

Dear Doctor, kindly your advise Small lung nodule in the subpleural space of right middle zone measuring 0.6cm no pleural effusion. Compared to previous study in January 2017 the nodule is slightly larger but no new lung modules could be seen

I have acute bronchitis,I am using Inhaler for past 3months called "BERODUAL",But still i can't breathe at night and i have cough with green mucus coming out from my mouth.I can't able to sleep.

I've had this cough wich isn't consistent but It started when I caught a cold from my friend and it's been about 2 months now and I still bring up phlegm sometimes with a tiny spot of blood (not dark).

My dad is 67yrs old and has asthma. From last 2 weeks, he is having persistent cough with lot of phelgm. He keeps coughing day and night. Pls suggest something from cough to come down. Have tried mucolife, bronzin x+, deriphyillin and montek lc. Nothing seems to reduce the cough and phelgm. Pls suggest few good medicine.

I am suffering from allergy since 17 years.from the day beginning irritations starts in my nose and i start sneezing with runny nose.its mainly watery discharge. The area around my nose and forehead feels heavy. I had undergone ceptoplasty in 2008. Polyps were removed and sinusitis treated. But now i have many polyps inside my nose and i cant breath properly. Kindly tell me which doctor should i see? A pulmonologist or an ENT? kindly tell me

Having cough and cold past 1.5 yr.. Took many medication but no improvement seen.. Nowadays got tired easily.. Taking foracort 200 occasionally whenever feeling.. Taking Montac lc every alternative day..
