Klebsiella pneumonia
The patient has klebsiella pneumonia in his lungs. The bacteria is resistant to most of the antibiotics other than colistin and amikacin as per the BAL culture report. The report also says it's carbepenamase resistant. The colony count is 10'4 cfu/ml. Please explain

This is a bad pneumonia you will have to receive at least 7-10 days of iv antibiotics. The treatment is difficult and may take ling time
