Chest & Breathing Problems

Challenge in taking breathe, very difficult to sleep. Not sure if this is allergy or something else, suffering from this for last one year.

I will take a medicine before a day. My breast and all body paining . What can i do ?? if any side effect then what solutuon that side effect. Plzzz give me solution
