Massive pain around back of lung(s)
I randomly get pain in the back area of my lungs near my kidneys. It comes and goes every so often and it's the worst pain I've ever had. Somebody said it could possibly be Costochondritis?

Hello looking like a muscular pain maybe due to bad posture etc but still if it has become frequent off late then better to get at least one X ray Chest to rule out any other causes
