Chest & Breathing Problems

I started coughing in the middle of the night. It was semi violently and whenever I inhaled it felt as thought my throats was smaller, my lower trachea started to have a burning sensation and so did my lungs. But I keep needing to cough. Everytime I cough it really hurts

I have been sick for a week now got hypertension with high blood pressure 200 and high fever 40 degrees.

Sir my father is suffering from liver hepatitis and also have infection in lungs . it is going hard to breath for him . what should we do.

Sir I am using Amla juice twice a day.but at night wheezing and breathing problem to me and disturb my sleep.so I consult local rmp he suggest acithromycin500mg at night and he suggest to stop sour foods and Amla juice.so please suggest me any medication without stopping Amla juice.because Amla juice show awesome results on my skin and hair health.

Little breathing problem, cold. Had history asthma but cured. Request for some home remedy or OTC drugs to relieve until I consult doctor tomorrow

I am 53. Smoking since last 30 years. 1 or 2 packets per day. Presently I have cough and chest pain since last one month. I have taken local medicine. Still chest pain cough and nose flowing.

The patient has klebsiella pneumonia in his lungs. The bacteria is resistant to most of the antibiotics other than colistin and amikacin as per the BAL culture report. The report also says it's carbepenamase resistant. The colony count is 10'4 cfu/ml. Please explain

For the past week or so I have had a bad cough. Now I feel as though I cannot breathe when lying on my back and I have a hard time taking deep breaths at all. When i cough there is phlegm and I cant stop coughing. I feel extremely weak and have been sweating a lot. The chest pain is starting to move around into my mid to upper back. I am just wondering if this is something I should go to the ER for?
