Chest & Breathing Problems

Would it be painful for the thorocentisis surgery bcz as she is 85+ I'm worrying she can make through or not

Dr. Am from pakistan amd i face alergic problem when weather change my cheast has too much infaction and my breath is stoping and i breath cant easily i will b clear all test kindley plz some suggest what i do and resolve my problem

I play basketball very regularly (5-7 days a week sometimes multiple times per day). I consider myself to be in very good overall shape. After playing, the right side of my chest/back will be tight and will grow more tight when breathing. How can I relieve this?

I'm having chest tightness all day, everyday, sometimes mild, sometimes a bit severe. These last months It's gotten worse. I started having these symptoms 2 years ago. At first it didn't make me feel discomforted, but now I can endure it anymore. A year ago I did a spirometry test&chest x-ray, all were very normal. Might I have asthma? I don't cough or wheeze, just breathing difficulty and chest tightness. Neurologist said I have spasms. Should I do spirometry again to be sure I havent asthma?
