My son age 4 years has severe coughing since last night despite medication. Doctor advised to take as thaline syrup, citrizine syrup, and nebulizer,

If clinical examination done by doctor then kindly wait for a day or two and continue these medications..Upper respiratory infections take some time to get resolved
