Chest & Breathing Problems

I’ve had a bad cough for the past 3-4 weeks, green mucus and flem, bad throat pain (looks like there is some kind of bumps in the back of my throat), wheezing when I breathe, feelings of cold (like feeling of having a cold). It’s might be helpful to know that I do smoke and might be adding to the problem. I have not seen a doctor and now am thinking I should.

My tsh is 24.5 .and am taking medicine thyronorm 200 mcg. is this sideeffeting to my health . i feel problem in my breathing and there is swelling on my feet.kindly suggest me right quantity of medicine should i take.. thanks.

Can a normal person use Nebulizer to breathe fresh air? As the city, I live in is very polluted. I am not facing any problems though. Just want to get fresh air. I am thinking of using Nebulizer with water only, is it fine?

I have the pain for more than a year. The pain is always there in the left side of my chest. I can feel it in my back and chest. I feel heat in my right hand and leg . I feel the pain while breathing too
