I have blocked nose and problem in breathing while sleeping and continuous cough and sneezing

Does IGRA test for tb works to identify it I am losing weight I suffered from tb 3years back used medication for 10months please suggest lost 20kgs ,frequent weakness fatique muscleweakness headstress Pain in ribs and pleura

Male, 27, 6ft 180 and in good shape. While laying on my side or back I sometimes get this very sharp pain underneath my rib cage on the right side below my breast. It's a piercing pain and I cannot move and I can feel it when I breathe. I have to take short breaths until the pain goes away so that I can take a full breath. I workout 3-4x a week and never have this problem. Only when I'm laying down relaxing and it only happens once a week. Thoughts?

Hi Doctor sir, I am suffering from cold and cough from last 2 weeks, I visited a doctor 4 days ago, he gave me some medicine , cold is cure but cough is still not cure, Now sometimes in morning I found Blood in my cough , is it a serious problm , please suggest me what should I do , also suggest a doctor , where i have to go for this treatment. My aunt is facing dis problem she is 65yrs old and at present its very difficult for her to even get up from bed she is on oxygen 24x7 at home last year she was admitted in hospital due to same reason she had hypercapnea at present her co2 level is 88 n o2 is 94 she is asthmatic patient n she has suffered from pneumonia too at present her condition is srsly not gud she is just sitting n breathing bt wn she starts to walk or do smthng she get breathless

I am diagnosed with ptb according to my chest-Xray But, no general symptoms except I'm quick to be fatigued due to shortness of breath.I consulted to our local clinic and told me to undergo sputum test for DOTS program requirement.But I'm not coughing. But I'm having shortness of breath always and it's worsening.I'm experiencing chest pain bot sides. Can you help me? Can I undergo medication without undergoing sputum test?
