Chest & Breathing Problems

I am Subhadip Halder 23 yr old . I have haemoptysis with cough from past 6 yr. One cavity in ln lung right upper lobe . Doctor told me that not repairable . Suggest for CTVS

I've having this problem from the past few months. Whenever I eat anything, anything, I start to cough. Breathing gets difficult. And I start to get the wheezing sounds coming from my chest. I already have a deviated septum and breathing from nose is already difficult. But this cough and wheezing is making life difficult. Difficult to work, difficult to sleep. I don't know which doctor to see as I have seeked help from a WANT specialist and even a chest specialist but to no avail. Please help

When I have breathing long that time I got paine right side bones below . Could please suggest the what is the problem and how wil rectify.

Daily in the morning times breath is stopped for few seconds choking and not able to breathe at all for few seconds
