Chest & Breathing Problems

My friend has told me he’s been smoking meth for a week and half and he having pain in chest and throat he’s scared it might be cancer

Can a normal person use Nebulizer to breathe fresh air? As the city, I live in is very polluted. I am not facing any problems though. Just want to get fresh air. I am thinking of using Nebulizer with water only, is it fine?

Can you please suggest us the medicine to use in the nebuliser As the Asthma is very severe thank you
