Chest & Breathing Problems

I suffered from anxiety attacks when i was 15 my present age is 17 and still my heart beats fast and i often feel shortness of breath specially in difficult situations

I have been suffering from cold since two days...i m facing breathing problem in chest it's feel like dry n suffocated and congested chest

My son is 10 months old. He has cough and cold. But nose not running. He sneezing 7-8times daily. Doctor given Sinarest af for sneezing. But when I given Sinarest to him he started coughing more. Is it due to Sinarest af?
