Chest & Breathing Problems

Bed ridden for over 13 yrs, gone 3time surgeries due to contenmnatedwater other wise decompression at spinal cord (mylomalacia). Had been operated  spine in three times 1999,2004,2008 consecutively. Not diabetic, cannt walk, but sensationis there, urination problem is there, recently about 2 months astma or ayasam adding extra uncomfortable to current scnario expecially while urination with bed pan on bed and while moving from chair to chair, otherwise very very active and energetic. Looking for a solution if it astma as planning to go to outstation for 4 next week for 4days in last 25yrs to a forest .  See the best way to the above concern. I AM A 78 YEAR  MALE. I HAVE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS. I WAS ONCE A  SMOKER BUT STOPPED SMOKING FOR 20 YEARS. I DON'T KNOW IF I HAVE DEVELOPED COPD BUT I HAVE SHORTNESS OF BREA TH. RHEUMATOLOGIST SAYS ITS BECAUSE OF RA FACTOR I HAVE DEVELOPED COPD. I CONSULTED PHYSIOLOGIST THEY PRESCRIBED ME SEQUEDRA INHALER FOR MY SHOTNESS OF BREATH. ONE PUFF A DAY.THIS PRODUCT SOMETIMES CAUSES RELEIF UPTO NEXT DAY MORNING UPTO 3 AM AFTER THAT I HAVE TO USE OXYGEN. IS THERE ANY MEDICATION THAT WILL CURE MY EMPHYSEMA. PLEASE ADVISE ME. Hello Dr. I am 27 years old female. I have been diagnosed with severe obstruction with predicted FEV1 42%. I have been given the following medications: 1) Tab - Methylprednisolone 16 mg (BD) 2) Tab - Monteleukast 10 mg + Fexofenadine 120 mg (OD) 3) Tab - Acebrophylline 200 mg (OD) 4) Tab - Levofloxacin 750 mg (OD) 5) Nasal Spray - Fluticasone 140 mcg + Azelastine 50 mcg (BD) 6) Nebulizer - Duolin LD + Budecort 0.5 Respules (BD) But I am feeling that the dose is heavier for me. Is it so?
