Chest & Breathing Problems

My father 73 yrs old, recent pulmonary infection, ct thorax shows subpleural pneumonic nodules at both upper zones with fibrotic lesions at both sides. What is treatment.

I m asthama patient.i take medicine like:- montek lc,seraflow 250 mg- rotocap.when asthama attack is occur.till date:- 31/10/2014.starting 3 month..i take everyday..after 3 month i take this medicine when ashthama attack is occur. nowdays i following this. but now other problem os also occur. LIKE :- BELLY SWELLING(MAX.), GAS, BREATHING PROBLEM.CONSTIPATION GIVE ME PROPER SOLUTION ABOUT THIS.

I'm 24 years and been a smoker for 4 years. I've quit smoking and it's been around a month. I had bad cough and generally would expel black mucus. It has reduced. I experience pain in my upper back whenever i breathe deeply,starting from spinal chord to ribs(right side). When i sit straight, this discomfort reduces tremendously. Got CBC report, in which my blood count is 4.4(normal 4.5-6) and ESR which is 16(normal 1-10).

Hi Doctor, My son spends almost 9 hours in school everyday . The school is located just 20 meters away from KCDC. It's a compost plant and is active and it's processing 700 tonnes of waste everyday. Emissions are there . My son is identified with reactive airway disease and once he gets the coughing episode .. it's lasting very long. Is the school is aggravating the issue as it's located near a compost which emits lot of bio aerosols. please answer If it's getting affected we will change the school. Thank you
