Chest & Breathing Problems

Dear Sir I am 33 year old , my weight is 93kG ,height is 176 Cm, BP checked last week was 137/91 ,sugar was 111 , I am having seating Job, Now days I found even small work causes excessive sweat on my chest and back ,while walking if I talk I cant breath easily, I am also suffering with sinus, but short breathing is increased now a days .even i can not exercise properly due to this .continuous pain in knees

After 100 meter of running I get breathless my heart beat is very fast from 2- 3 months my age is 17

Just wanted to check the next procedure for a patient who is a diabetic and has occasional breathless feeling and palpation...echo 2d test confirmed 25 percent pumping..

Hello doctor I have a asthama problem today I bought a tablet that name is 'Monticope Montelukast and levocetirizine dihydrochloride tablet' but before past months I am using ' Levozing Lm Montelukast and levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets' now I am confused about that what is the difference between dihdrochloride and hydrochloride. It is safe to take a new tablet or not please tell me..

I am suffering from reccurent tuberclosis and they have given me injections of streptomycin.I have pain at my hips where they put the injections..can u pls suggest some thing that reduces pain!
