Chest & Breathing Problems

My heart beat becomes fast and there is problem in breathing after walking hardly for mins. Yesterday I got my lipid profile report so in that my triglycerides were 167, hdl was 22 and vldl was 33. My weight is 75 n height 169 cms. N I found that its overweight so from yesterday onwards I statred yoga anulom vilom,kapalabhati and brisk walk for 20 mins a day in two sessions of 10-10 mins. And I also started avoiding oily food bread rice. So would all these things help me or should I need medicl

Problem to take breath suddenly in night Patient hospitalized at that time

My father is aged about 61 years, suffering from chronic bronchitis. He feels breathing problem and also feels pain in chest while walking only. He stops every after 500 meter. Please suggest to whome we may consult, either with MD physician or a Cardiologist.

I have been having Coughing problem for around past 2 weeks now. Shown to a doctor and taking following medicines for ~3 days now but don't see an improvement. Irritation/Burning sensation in the chest leads to long coughing followed by vomiting (just water/saliva), trouble sleeping in the night. I m having cough since 10 days, coughing up 5ml bloood in morning coughing for 5 days, taking augmentin 1000 now blood is not coming since 3 days, but coughing is there, having some breathing problems, chest xray done found infection in left side, blood test lymphocyte 40%, eosinophil 04 %, platelet count 1.33 lac/ cmm

For the past few days,I've been yawning a lot,much more than average(once every few minutes I feel the need).If I'm not yawning I'm breathing in as deep as I can to get similar "satisfaction".Often I cannot get the "satisfaction" from these and so the urge grows and grows, meaning it can get quite uncomfortable. When I do manage it, the urge is back a few seconds later.This is whether I'm tired or not, almost all day. I also had GERD with Grade B Reflux & Ulcer in Distal Esophagus Plz Sugest .
