Chest & Breathing Problems

From few days I have a feeling of nausea difficulty swallowing and shortness of breath generally but increase while eating. There's confusion and loss of appetite. Previous month I was taking medications for suspected colitis. Should I consult a gp/ ent or a gastroenterologist?

I get tired very soon. Skin is developing pigmentation. I also have worm issues.

Im facing breathing trouble with cough , running nose once in a month. I feel some allergy triggering it. Possible trigger could be food , some content in air. I feel relief for few second after the cough. Like to consult you. I stay in Banaswadi

I randomly get pain in the back area of my lungs near my kidneys. It comes and goes every so often and it's the worst pain I've ever had. Somebody said it could possibly be Costochondritis?

Asthma It's since my childhood used to take homeopathy treatment but was of no use and used to inhale puff n started inhaler, aerocarte forte ,from class of 5 nowadays since couple of years I find to much difficulty in breathing can't climb one floor, shortness of breath can't run few steps again find difficult in breathing, can't touch little of oily food n Dairy products like having cheesy n ghee again I find difficult in breathing , until I take inhalers I find it to be difficult, and I particularly get severe headache at a point, IS THIS Asthma or COPD

Sir,my mother is suffering from TB,also jondis recently.suggest some advice for her treatment.

My mother is about 60 yr old suffering from hypertensive and diabetics since 20yr .last 2 months before she faced shortness of breathing. Doctor suggested for scanning And x- ray. Found that more of pleural was extracted and sent for analysis .reports showed protein 4.2 and glucose 450 .And suspected tuberculosis. And started isoniazide combination drug .Is it correct treatment please suggest.

Last night, I was very close to drowning in a pool which was very deep, and i hadnt realized. I almost ran out of breath after 1-1.5 mins, until i managed to come out with some help. I swallowed some pool water. Although i was gasping for breath initially,I was fine after 20-30 mins. But later, I started to shiver, and my left arm started to ache. And I also feel I'm taking fewer breaths than i normally do. Feeling very tired and looking pale. May I know if this is a serious issue or its normal?
