Chest & Breathing Problems

It was back in 2013 when the first time un facing Dry cough, then i consult with doc and he gave me montilukast 10mg+ Doxophylline. About 10-15 days ago um noticed SOB, Dry Cough, mild wheezing. Then today i consult with doc and he gave me IGE, DC, ESR, HB% & CXR -PA test. Result as follows: IGE- 215.5 IU/ml CXR- Normal Findings WBC- 10,000 ESR - 08 HB-16.6 DC: Neutrophils-71 Lymphocytes-24 Eosinophils-01 Monocytes-04 Is there anything to worry about? Thanks in Advance.

Last 3/4 years i have problem with my health now as time i didn't feel good my health also weight loss 20kg

So, I've been diagnosed with pneumonia about 2 weeks ago and had to take antibiotics. I have almost constant chest pain and it's very hard to sleep, my temperature isn't high, but it's above average (37.2 C) and there's just this annoying and painful ache in my heart area. I know pneumonia is serious and I don't expect to feel well, but the constant chest and heart pain really concern me, I haven't found any other people that had these symptoms. Are they serious or are they normal for pneumonia?

Hi Doctor, My brother is 23 years old and recently has started sneezing regularly. The symptoms are of dust allergy, this runs in my family. He went to canada in winter and didnt even sneeze once, back in India he is sneezing 24*7, no matter what we do our home cannot be dust free because of the surroundings. He has consulted doctors and taking medication , but its not working. Could you please suggest alternate course of medication. I have heard of Alergy shots, but need suggestions.
