Chest & Breathing Problems

Hai I'm Vijay I had a dry cough from past 15 days and when I cough I suffered with fast breathing just for 5 minutes in a day .

I wanted some consultation on bronchoscopy as i was looking for some options to get my lungs cleaned(tar).

I am having cough and high breathing from last 2 months. But from Sunday it's very severe. Not 2 seconds in pollution and I suffer . I get sweat and chest pain whole cough also bavk pain.

I have a summary of treatment given by a doctor/hospital. Patient is not at relief. Could you suggest better?

I am finding it difficult to breath when only walking and talking it's like my Lund can't put the inhale I make into it and this came out of nowhere and now I'm worried because I had clots years ago so I took a asprin till I can get to the doctor in the morning. Now I have slight pain on left side of my back anndmy neck under the back of my head

When I need to take my rescue inhaler (I used ventolin when my asthma is bad and bricanyl when it is really bad as the bricanyl is a highe dose) i get side effects; sore irritated throat, cough etc. I have tried to take less puffs but this results in not being strong enough to reduce my asthma symptoms.
