Hello I am experiencing some issues with what seems like my lungs, usually the left side of my left lung, and top of right lung, sometimes when breathing I am unable to breathe fully in from a short sharp pain in left lung, and the pain I get from right lung is usually very minor and mainly occurs when I lay down. Neither occurrences happen all of the time, they are rare, I have a feeling it may have to do with lack of exercise. What are your thoughts?

Mucous and chest congestion.. White jelly like and sometime fibrous mucous coming out from lungs.. Chest feels tight around left lower rib and sometimes in center.. After coughing the mucous the tightness goes away. Bad breath in morning after waking up and upper back pain below shoulders in morning.
