Breathing issue in winter
Hello Doctor This winter i am facing a breathing problem specially at Night in this winter season. This is not happened every night but randomly it is going to happen. Let me know how i can prevent this situation?

Dear sir Breathing problems in the night can be due to nose block as well as bronchitis. Sometimes it may also be due to gastritis. You can consult with your physician for further evaluation. You may have a light dinner and start steam Inhalation if you have any nasal symptoms. Thanks
