Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir I have have and tightness chest in middle. And some time I feel pain when I do work. Feel congested in chest. And when I go out my mean in sunlight I feel eaching in my body . And some time my heart beat increase when I am sleeping. And some time cough come out which have blackish mean soil particle color in cough. Plz tell me the solution

My brother is having pain on just below his left chest. Whenever he take long breath his left side of the chest start to pain. I think he have asthma but I am not sure and also I don't want my brother to depend on inhaler.

All day I’ve felt like my breath has been shallow. I’ve been dizzy a couple times today and have been yawning non stop. I do have depression and anxiety but this does Not Feel like an anxiety attack. It just feels like my lungs aren’t expanding properly. Should I go to the ER?
