Nasal congestion and breathing problem
Sir, From last 4 years i am suffering from a problem in every march month. I am feeling in every March month my one side of nose is get blocked at a time whether night or day. And then i feel breathing problem specially at night time i.e lack of breathe. Last two year i was consult to docter and they prescribed me the medicine and inhaler. And after medicine and inhaler i feel perfect and no problem is rise again through out the next march. So i don't understand what is it. one docter said to me that you have aasthama and second one says your breathing tube is in swelling. Kindly suggest me what i do to cure this problem. And suggest me also whether i go to homeopathy or English medicine or another one remedies. Thank you.

Hi. I understand your concern s. Asthma can not be cured but it can definitely be controlled so that you have a symptom free life. You will need to undergo a pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Seasonal help should be taken or it may worsen. For proper guidance consult a pulmonologist.
