Sleep disturbances and nasal congrestion
I am feeling like my breathing stopped when sleeping and no snoring I have nasal congestion daily from 1 year I have consulted ENT and pulmonologist they examined and said not sleep apnea then y my breathing is stopping when sleeping Eye redness during daytime , more yawning And this will happen like once in a week not daily I feel

U will need to get a sleep study to rule out sleep apnea ..also consult psychiatrist once to rule out anxiety.
