Facing nasal congestion
I am facing nasal congestion since last 1 year. When I do alom vilom feel blockage in nostrils while breathing. Also face inflammation around my throat edges while gulping. Consulted doctor and tried these medicines but nk major relief.

Persisting Nasal blockage denotes ongoing inflammation and some possible anatomical defect as well. You need to consult a ENT surgeon for evaluation for the need of surgery, then you need to consult an allergist to get to the root of the disease and implement long term treatment plan
