Having Congestion & Breathing problem
Having problems in breathing due to cold weather & not taking proper care. Feeling Congestion & breathing problem. When I am breathing a sound comes of "cough like kharr kharr " in chest. Last year also faced this issue & got normal. After that I have always sometimes regular cough & cold after every few months. 2-3 days ago I got cold & running nose. In middle line of between chest muscles I felt pain & itching like cold "seetLehar " which we call in Hindi. After that I got high cold & little fever maybe. Today too much Congestion & breathing problems. I probably know the reason behind this. Always been facing since childhood. Cold & cough
