As per your history, you might be suffering from asthma which has to be confirmed by doing blood test, chest x ray and spirometry. And can be easily controlled with inhalers. Better consult Pulmonologist and get treated.
Next Steps
consult with Pulmonologist with CBC with AEC CHEST X RAY PFT

What you're describing, wheezing and tight airways triggered by dust, strong smells, and cold items, fits a pattern of allergic asthma rather than a one-off issue. This is very manageable over time once the right mix of trigger avoidance and proper treatment is in place, even on a limited budget.
Next Steps
Please see a physician or a pulmonologist, who can confirm this with a simple breathing test and start an inhaler-based plan, which controls symptoms far better long-term than tablets alone. Keeping your room dust-free and avoiding strong scents will help meanwhile. Seek urgent care if you ever struggle to speak in full sentences or your lips look bluish during an episode.
