Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello there My dad was diagnosed with interstitial lung disease since the two year and now he is probably in advance stage of ild and super impose infection is also accur in latest HRCT can you please give me a some help doctor says that there is no medicine to control this

My dad he is undergoing severe cough unstoppable at times He has take. Many treatments but no premenant rememdy for his cough

I had an chest xray done last week the result is suspicious infiltrates in the upper lobe and apicolordotic test is suggested,so i took the apicolordotic xray test and the result is negative abnormalities,what does that mean?

I have cough from December ..! Starting I got phlegm..I consulted doctor ..all tests have been done..bit there was no problem with reports. But while using medicines i didn't get cough..after I stopped as the course is over it is cmg back.! What sign does it indicate?

My Brother is having a cold and wheeze for the past 2 months and taking medication through homeopathy. But results are not satisfactory. He become critically weak and cant walk of sometime.. getting breathe problem. Also now he is facing some gastric prob as he cant breathe easy and pushed to take the puff.

My esr 1st hour reading is 34mm Is it dangerous .pls suggest me how to reduce this esr My age is 47

There is an infiltrate seen in the right upper lobe which is somewhat ill defined and i suspect small granulomata overlying the anterior aspect of the right second rib . The right hilum is slightly retracted superiorily .

A month ago we found two cycst in my lungs. They are clinically treated but I am feeling light pain there. What may be the issue? Is cyst in lungs are life threatening?

I have a problem of shortness of breath.So i have done a pft and chest xray which reveals bronchovascular marking in right lower zone and  pft reveals mild restriction and small airway obstruction and some reversibility.I have also allergic rhinitis with dns in nose.So i want to know from which reason i am facing the problem of SOB.Will it from chest or nose.I also want to know that will i need to check my heart.Please give me some advice.Thank you

Dear Doctor, I am 39 years old unmarried man. I am very obese 112kg in weight and 5.7 Inch height. From my childhood I have had Asthma problem and have been taking medicines. Currently I have medicine Telekast A 200mg at times prescribed by Pulmonologist, I daily inhale Asthalin rotohaler 4 times because I get 4 Asthma attack in a day, due to fog climate condition at Chennai. On climbing stairs I get Chest tightening. I have other medicines for High BP and  Urticaria problems. I have medicine for High BP Azilday 40 mg 1 and Stamlo 5 mg 1 as advised by Cardiologist for last 1 year. Stamlo 5 mg daily 1  for the past 7 years. Urticaria I have cetzine 10mg daily 1 for the past 7 years. I want to change my medication for asthma. Pulmonologist asked me to get pulmonary function test done so as to give correct dosage of asthma medicine. I did not do PFT due to high cost and my laziness to revisit the Doctor. Now my Asthma attack is increasing hence I need to visit Pulmonologist but with PFT.
