Chest & Breathing Problems

For the past 4 or so days I've had a pain in the center of my chest that mainly shows up or if I've been sitting a certain way for a while.

I have ribcage dull pain right side under breast and beside. Ct scan detect fibrosis and emphysema. Ultrasound detect left lobe of liver fatty liver. My symptoms is dull pain for 2 months now but not everyday what will i do next. Pleasechelp me

I am observing that over the last 5 years my younger kid has had recurrent cough instances. What starts with cough converts into cold, running nose. These instances reoccur over a period of 2-3 months. He wakes up with cough. Sometimes he coughs at night but it isn't period. Dry Cough converts mostly into a chest infect with Phelgm and Cold.
