Chest & Breathing Problems

There is an infiltrate seen in the right upper lobe which is somewhat ill defined and i suspect small granulomata overlying the anterior aspect of the right second rib . The right hilum is slightly retracted superiorily .

A month ago we found two cycst in my lungs. They are clinically treated but I am feeling light pain there. What may be the issue? Is cyst in lungs are life threatening?

I have a problem of shortness of breath.So i have done a pft and chest xray which reveals bronchovascular marking in right lower zone and  pft reveals mild restriction and small airway obstruction and some reversibility.I have also allergic rhinitis with dns in nose.So i want to know from which reason i am facing the problem of SOB.Will it from chest or nose.I also want to know that will i need to check my heart.Please give me some advice.Thank you

Dear Doctor, I am 39 years old unmarried man. I am very obese 112kg in weight and 5.7 Inch height. From my childhood I have had Asthma problem and have been taking medicines. Currently I have medicine Telekast A 200mg at times prescribed by Pulmonologist, I daily inhale Asthalin rotohaler 4 times because I get 4 Asthma attack in a day, due to fog climate condition at Chennai. On climbing stairs I get Chest tightening. I have other medicines for High BP and  Urticaria problems. I have medicine for High BP Azilday 40 mg 1 and Stamlo 5 mg 1 as advised by Cardiologist for last 1 year. Stamlo 5 mg daily 1  for the past 7 years. Urticaria I have cetzine 10mg daily 1 for the past 7 years. I want to change my medication for asthma. Pulmonologist asked me to get pulmonary function test done so as to give correct dosage of asthma medicine. I did not do PFT due to high cost and my laziness to revisit the Doctor. Now my Asthma attack is increasing hence I need to visit Pulmonologist but with PFT.

My father has been suffering from breathlessness for 10 year..But now situation is critical what to do? Please suggest me best doctor in ahemdabad

Hello do​c , I'm an allergic rhinitis,few days back I consulted doc, he told that I have 9.2 allergic on mites .. So he had suggested me to be very hygiene..And also to use aller bio .. Does this medicine will cure my allergy?? Shall I go for this ??

I had cold n running nose for 2 to 3 days then cold n cough started then shortness in breathtaking then wheezing I went to Dr he gave omnacorti but I did not take it other tab a abiways n deriphyllin n kaffi syrup then sporidex 500 then Magnanort tab for past 20 days this medication with nebuliser also continued but past 2 days I'm getting fever it was 104 pls help me Wat I must do now

I have been persistently caughing since 3 months almost When I take deriphyllin 150mg and cetrizine then I get relief for almost 20 hrs but then again at night it starts What should I do ?

I have a dry cough that I ignored it for almost 2 weeks n now I seem to b wheezing a little and I also feel breathless n tired.
