If I am allergic to penicillin and astameniphine can I use a albutral inhaler

My Son nose most of the time blocked,he is ometting on the time of traveling by Cars , Stomach pain ,head pain

Last December I went for a homeopathy therapy (grentella pentagram)and after that I facing a throat and chest tightness .So I stopped it from last 15 days and and again I have started montek lc but this time the tightness is not going away so I am.taking macpod cv 200 as antibiotic to heal but nothing is working .

My 6.5 yr old son has suffered severe cold , enlarged adenoids in November 2017 , he had severe snoring , sleep apnea, he was fine after 1 month since week snoring and heavy breathing has started because of cold , attached is his scan report please suggest is surgery is the only option he used nasonexfor 20 days
