Chest & Breathing Problems

Breathing problems shotness, runny nose, or sneezing of breath, cough and cold sore throat

I have a pain in right side of my stomach under my breast.. And sometimes the pain becomes so intense that it becomes difficult to sit, sleep, breathe and cough.. What's the pain for?

My Mother, aged about 57yrs has been suffering from COPD for 2years with extreme cough and wheezing. And the same she has been taking some inhalers and anti-allergic medicines but the medicines and inhalers are meant for 10-15 days relief and the patient gets bound to take admission in Hospital and there she is followed up with antibiotic injections alongwith regular nebulisation with Duolin and budecort. But this doesnt last for long time and after 10-15 days again there is the same condition.

Sir, I have a lot of pressure in my chest and many doctors have shown that there is no disease, what causes me trouble? I do not have any disease in the test of everything,

I have been advised by my doctor to use the nebulisation when my infection is severe. When I'm using the nebulizer at home, with the mask, should I breathe through my nose? I find that when I breathe, the medicine get inside, but when I exhale, much of the medicine is lost as fumes. Just like we have a spacer for the inhaler, do we have anything like that? Findings/Impression: PA and lateral views of the chest demonstrate a subtle airspace opacity within the right lower lobe which may represent atelectasis versus early infiltrate. The left lung is clear. No obvious pleural effusion or pneumothorax is identified. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits. There is dextroscoliotic curvature of the thoracic spine. The chest wall soft tissues are unremarkable. My PCP said this xray was ok but I'm worried

Please advise medicines for my father. He has right side pleural effusion for 2 months. CT scan shows no sign of malignancy, no signs of TB, most likely cause infection. He is 68 years old with heart EF 25%. Blood, pleural taping reports are normal. Is biopsy necessary / safe?
