Chest & Breathing Problems

Few subcentimetric mediastinal nodes seen in HRCT chest... what doea it means

I am a tb patient nd my medication started from 20th oct 2017 , before..i don't have blood in cough but now m having blood in cough even after taking my medicines regularly from 3 months then why now blood occurs?

I had a surgery in the past for nose bone enlargement and blocking my nostril, it was blocking the right one, operation was done around 3 years ago and that got corrected but now my left nostril is blocked, is there a way we can correct this without any surgery?

Hello Doctor, I have been getting hissing sound while inhaling. I am experiencing this far the past 15 years and and now a days (last 6 months) it is coming very frequently, once in 3 days. Especially in cool weather, exposed to dust, while sneezing, climbing hill or 3 floor building, laughed too much. In these cases I get this undoubtedly. Help.

My present condition... My throat is having dry cough. I have temperature 102 to 103 Along with this I have loose motion. I am halisunating a bit. My appitite has gone down. I have constant cough.

My FEV1 is .42 before BD and .61 after BD. My DVD is 1.10 and 1.61 and finally my fev1/fvc% is 38 before and after. What does this mean?

Whenever i take like really deep breaths i get a sharp pain just at that starting of my chest like in the upper part of lungs or lower part of my neck and i then cough. Another problem that i am facing is when I am lying down with my chest facing the bed if lie even with a little pressure on the chest i have a sharp pain which is unlike the pain that one experiences due to pressure on the chest.

I am working in IT, my age is 28 and I am facing issue from last few years. whenever I walk or run for sometime, I feel uncomfortable and problem in breathing. Forcefully I have to burp and it creates pressure on chest and get left sided pain. I have visited many doctors. I checked with medicine for Heart and Breathing related issue. Also I have visited Ortho for spine related problem. had chest CT and Whole Spine MRI, 2D echo & stress test. but all test r normal Did not get permanent solution?

Last one year My wife's having cold , sneezing. Now a days she is having nose block continuesly. She is having dust allergy also. Is there any solution for block nose. Most of the time she is breathing through her mouth.

Is it okay to inhale asthalin respules before I play any sport? I have asthma and if I don't, my breathing gets very heavy too soon. when I do take respules I am able to last the full duration of the game
