Chest & Breathing Problems

Inspite of all these medicines my wife is still having coughing and I think mainly because of sphutum stuck in lungs which is not getting expelled easily and she is struggling alot. I m a general physician, thinking of giving Asthalin inhaler spray. Kindly suggest if it's correct or advice a  better medication for easily expellation of sphutum/phlegm from lungs. She is having slight wheezing also near apical area and having exersion on breathing.

I’ve been having this severe cough, and pain in my lungs and heart, and i feel that my lungs are really tired, and whenever i eat something I throw it up. I went to 4 doctors and nothing worked out with me. Now I’m taking cortisone 5mg, joclar 250 mg, bulmicort, alerxem 50 mcg. Note: I’m a smoker, i have of nose deflection that affects my breathing and Pneumonia So i have two questions : how can i get rid of my severe coughing that have been annoying me last 4 months? And the other question, does my nose deflection need a surgery? (Picture)

I am 69. Recently i have been experiencing breathing problem.after doing echo, few problems have been found out i.e. LV EF 35% etc. I am having pacemaker as well. Currently under medication.But I need to travel very urgently. Which is better for me Flight or Train for travelling to mumbai from calcutta.

AND BY THE WAY SHE IS DIABETIC PATIENT SUFFERING FROM 15 YEARS AND THYROID TOO. SO WE NEED GOOD CONSULT FOR SOLVING THIS INFECTION FROM ROOT.

Having persistent pain in muscle on left just below diaphragm at a particular spot. I press the area in order to subside it but doesn't go away. Pain is surely localised, around a specific point. Feels like a prolonged muscle twitch.

Hi. I am facing some problem with my digestive system. I feel my stomach is bloated sometimes. Have problems like constipation. My worst problem is my snoring, but then I don't want to get operated.

For two days now I have had pain on my lower left side. Not sure if its my rib or not, but there is no bruising or even pain when I touch it. However when I breath in too much, or sneeze, the left side hurts. I looked up my symptoms online and only found pleurisy, but I don't have pain in my chest its the side of my body, near the rib. I am a cashier at a store, so for four hours a day I have been lifting items and bagging them away. So, I don't know its over work or something.

1. Do i following correct treatment for pneumonia? As mentioned in medication advised. 2. Xray revealed patch of pneumonia, but recurrent cough formation n whizzing sound in chest do i have to do any other diagnostic test to check is any lump or cyst in lungs, to see why recurrent cough formation? 3. Levofloxacin 500mg should be taken once daily or twice?

I've suffering from dry cough .in.respiratry system...and allergy from dust also ,some time feel pain in heart for 3 years
