Heart breathing problem
Hi doctor, i am a heavy smoker and two days ago i was smoking a cigarette it was my 20's i guess and suddenly i had nausea i felt weak my legs were weak and i started feeling like i am about to pass out and i wasn't hearing well except a boiling sound that gradually started to go away i layed down until i felt okay but yesterday i had shortness of breath and nausea and today i can't breathe well and i also feel pain in my right upper side next to the heart and the chest

Hi It may be due to bronchitis. Do a chest Xray and post.
