Continuous sneezing. Possible rhinitis.
Continuously sneezing for the past 1 week. Possible rhinitis. Have had similar issues before but never diagnosed by doctor and never consumed medicines. Have a history of asthama/bronchitis. Last incidence of asthama/bronchitis was four years ago in 2014. Please help with medicines and identifying the allergen. Also, suggest a diet or routine to prevent it and build immunity. I drink and smoke occasionally.

You need to see an ENT doctor for your rhinitis or an chest physician for your asthma, bronchitis. They will guide you regarding the possible allergen. However even after identifying the allergen, you may not be able to avoid it completely and hence you may have to use nasal sprays/ inhalers/medicines that will help you reduce the symptoms. Smoking and Drinking reduce the body's immunity and hence I would advise you to stop it. Stop eating Junk food and prefer home made food with lots of salad, fruits , nuts in the diet.
