Chest & Breathing Problems

High blood pressure and snorting Presently i m taking amlopres at 25 in morning and Amlodipine plane 2.5 in evening but still not feeling fresh pain in ankle,though i have tried to switch over to metaprolol it's increase s BP heart beat similarly once i have tried telmesartan with Amlodipine it's maintained the BP but increases heart'beat kindly suggest me the proper medicine my lipid profile under control cholesterol 150, triglisride 76.blood sugar fasting 106.

I have deviated septum on my left side nostrilis. I am not able to breathe properly and while eating stomach full I am unable to breathe properly, I feel like shortness of breathe. While I take heavy breathe left chest pains. Left side chest pain may cause because of heavy breathing also????
