Sleeping/breathing problem
I have been having increasingly worse sleep apnea/nocturnal panic attack moments before falling asleep, often 15-20 times back-to-back where I stop breathing and wake up in a panicked adrenaline rush. I assumed it was obstructive sleep apnea, and tried a cpap, but this has not fixed the problem. Then I tried nexium, as I thought it may be related to an stomach acid issue -- also has not fixed it. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and sleep study with titration of CPAP. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
