Chest & Breathing Problems

I have a boil on my chest and when i inhale or sleep it becomes painful can it be a serious proble.

I have diagnosed with high BP for last 8 months . after taking stamlo 5 it was not control. but from last month i have started taking telma 20 along with stamlo. now its in the range of 180-185/76-90 . but i am experiencing some problem like breathlessness, sometime its serious cant able to breath for some second. sudden feel of drop heart beat. an

Sometimes when I walk ,run or do exercise I breath very heavily and start feeling breathlessness after that. I was prescribed by doctor to use Esiflo 250 transcap during these situations. I'm using that whenever I feel like. Using this, I feel very relieved and relaxed. But I'm afraid that high frequency of usage of this may cause some side effects. Please suggest.
