Chest & Breathing Problems

My wife has constant painful bump in depth of skin in axilla.from outside,it looks like normal swelling but it causes pain in hand and in breast while she is taking medicines as advised by doctors but still no relief.one doctor suggested to get FNAC test of that swelling area and after that test he told us it is just fat cells .he said it's nothing and forget about it. and one sergeon suspected it bump of Tuberculosis.please give me correct advice.if it is TB then is it contagious??

My mother (65 year) was being treated for CHF, Pulmonary edema and tachycardia for last 4 years. However, recently a cardiologist (after echo & ECG) told that it's not heart disease and referred to pulmonologist where she was diagnosed with COAD (after CT scan). After lungs treatment her SpO2 is improved from 85% to 95% but her tachycardia is continued. She is on previous cardiologist treatment as well. Now what can be done? What's the exact problem? Whom to change pulmonologist or cardiologist?
