Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been suffering from allergy which causes flu and sneezing. Whenever i have been in dust, etc i geel bad like flu and fever and runny nose. I have uses loratadine tablet a day and feel that day good Kindly suggest me permanent cure.

Which sputum test is required to detect tb? I have been coughing since 3 weeks . I did sputum gram stain test . What should i do

I am 24 year old guy and suffering from cough problem since childhood. It mostly happens in the month of April and June due to dust. I have been taken lots of medicine but does not help any. Doctor recommended to take levolin and budecort. Can you please suggest what else I can done as nothing is helping me to get rid of this problem. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

While playing football yesterday I rolled on the ball and fell directly on the right side of my chest. My hands couldn't automatically come inbetween to protect from the fall and it was a very powerful impact directly on the right side of the chest. Now it's been paining and I have discomfort while breathing also. I have developed pain on the left side of the neck over night. Please suggest if I need to consult a doctor. Thanks
