Chest & Breathing Problems

I am19 years old and I have some cheat tightness and some breathing problem.

I have been feeling pain on left side of my lung since 1 year sometime pain disappear but sometimes it hurts . Today I have done x Ray and there is written fibrotic lesion found on left uper lung . Is it a serious problem I am worried about it what should be the reason behind it

My mother having breathing problem (saas foolna). Already tested at Bmc kanpur, bp is normal. But medicines recommend by doctor not working and the problem is same.

My heart beat rate is high, i get cough when I laugh or speak loud. Not comfortable breathing when strucked in traffic jams.i think I can't take deep breath as I feel tightness. My inhalation time is very less. There was some mono oxide smoke test conducted in office and the number was 12 though I don't smoke. I started swimming in pool but I feel so tired to reach the other side of pool. I weight 71kg at 28yeats old with 5ft 3 inches of height. When I rin on tref mill at speed 6 5 my heart rate touches 135, When I climb steps i feel discomfort , the breath rate and heart rate increases. Kindly help me what is it i am suffering from.

I had a crossfit competition today and i believe i hyperventilated or something, Now i am having pain in lung especially when i breathe deep or cough. I am also observing a bit of difficulty in eating food and drinking water.Immediately after the session it felt like i was gonna puke but i did not. Is this a major issue? Please extend your views. P.S : I am 19 year old teenager.

I was diagnosed for tb in july 2017 and i have just completed my 9 months anti tb drug...report says old healed kochs infiltration... mild brochitis...i still have a pain on my right upper chest...is it due scar?...is it something to worry about?...plz help
