Chest & Breathing Problems

I had breathing problem. Now I don't have breathing problem but ghar- ghar sound when I sleep.  I took tab acetylcystein. So I got relief. Have pain in my chest on left side. I did PFT test, 2d echo test ,x ray & EACH. I have attached my reports . Pls suggest me.

Pain in left side of chest whenever I breath and difficulty in sleeping at night . as it pains when I lye on back .

During my sleep at night I am not able to breath through nose, had some medications too nothing is working for me. Need some suggestion.

My son is 5n half months now. He cough daily morning n his doctor advised us to use asthalin in nebulizer 3 times a day. Last month also he was admitted to hospital for breathing problem due to cough. In hospital they also treated him with nebulizer. Now I wanna ask according to you what is the actual problem with my baby. N asthlin is good for my son

I struggle with breathing problem at nights after I sweep the house. I'm having this sleepless nights very often now a days.. I had very bad cold one month back...but it kind din get over it seems.. I'm getting occasional coughs still and little bit of phelgm every time I cough.. Please let me know what I need to do. Do I need to do any check ups..

Get violent bouts of cough accompanied with choking, toungue turns blue and have difficulty in breathing. It is going on for last 2 weeks, consulted general physician and is on antibiotics without any improvement. The choking and breathlessness sometimes is accompanied by a blackout for 10-15 seconds and she can't remember that duration. There were no known allergies before. She has adopted 4 stray dogs and spend a lots of time with those.

I just want to know the meaning of this x ray result right apical ptb of undetermined activity Done with the sputum result and it shows negative for tb bacteria and also i dont have symptoms for tb.i just got this disease 14yrs ago.

I had swimming after one year today. After swimming Feeling slight pain at chest while I try to take full breath. Can you please suggest natural remedy for it. Please let me know what the reason could be.
