Chest & Breathing Problems

My father highly obese he is about 82 years but now he is felling difficulties in breathing some times feeling of cough in lungs he is nebulisation with flohel with duolin what else treatment can done.

Residual empyema im the posteromedial aspect of the left the pleura with pleural thickening associated with lytic lesion in the left rib amd cavitating mass in the left lower lobe with left upper and lower lobe noduli Empyema with underlying malignancy ? Post TB changes/infective astiology.

I've been suffering from low bood pressure and heavy breathes . My heart beats grows rapidly at times. Nowadays my breathe is growing very rapid. Please help.

Hello,doctor..i am teacher..in a private school.i have to talk continuously..with children...whenever i sharted shouting..my throat started paining.when i talk continuously..or shouting..then breathing problem happened...heart palpitation,then the flow of oxygen  became low...it troubled me..day by day for last couple of weeks...voice also cracked...what to do...i am in deep trouble...i want to stay fit..want to talk continuously without any problems in throat or voice...or in lungs...tell me what to do...
