Chest & Breathing Problems

I hav sevior cough i cant even eat any thing due to cough i am not even able sleep i can t even talk to any one

A basketball hit me in my breastbone and my chest and my left side of my body should I worry and I had shortness of breathing for like 2 mins

Hello doctor actually last night I went to the market n I have drunk choclate shake n have eaten faalooda n then I came back to the home by walking and the market was quite far from the home n after coming back to the home I have got fever and can't breath properly by nose still I have to open my mouth n take deep breath for proper breathing n while deep breathing I have also have some problem

My xray result says that i have lung nodule. i am applying as a public teacher. i dont have any issues or pain in my lung area i seldom get cough. do i have the right to be given fit to work clearance? as to what i understand nodule is not communicable disease.

I have a fever at night daily but all day I am fine.. I also have a shortnees of breath most of the time..I also have pain in stomach but not all the time..I have have a headache and body pain Plx guide me what should I do?

After a cough i am not able to inhale ... it is only after  5 to 8 secs of a cough that i am properly able to inhale back !! what may be the cause ?? pls help
